Confused about which healing style is best for you?
With so many styles of healing available it can be hard to know which one is right for you.
I'm sure you have already discovered that there are so many different types of healing and many different healers with various qualifications, from your searches on the internet. Each one of these aims to heal you either physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually or perhaps some will cover some of or all 4.
The truth is that there is only one source of healing energy and, over many millennia, humans have been guided to develop many different ways that they connect to this energy. This does not mean that any healing is more effective than another, just that they use different techniques to access the energy and remove your blocks and restrictions.
Some treatments, including mine, can target specific pain, conditions, or emotional and spiritual trauma. Some aim to give you an overall re-balance of your energy system. You will find that you leave the majority of any healing treatments feeling relaxed and refreshed.
What is most important is how well the healer is able to connect your energy and to the healing source, and that they have love and compassion for you and humanity. You should look for recommendations, reviews and testimonials from previous clients. You should trust you intuition when selecting a healer and choose someone you feel comfortable with.
Having a conversation with the healer first will really help you to see if you connect with them and can trust your healing to them.
When you have selected your healer and have contacted them to arrange your appointment, one of the important things for you to remember when you attend for your healing session is to approach it with an open mind. This will allow whatever healing you choose, to work much more effectively.
